Lab Stand

The laboratory stand and platform allow the instrument to be mounted firmly above the sample area. You can set various heights to match your test setup, and the stand remains stable during use. In addition, the frame includes mounting supports for one or two Sunnex lamps.

The lamps are articulated, so you can set distance and angles with precision. They then lock into position for multiple test measurements at a specified illumination level. As a result, you can repeat a setup without changing the geometry or light level.

Sunnex lamps with a custom base are available from SVC. This provides a stable light source with flexible positioning around the sample area. Each lamp uses a polished aluminum reflector and a diffuser. Together, these elements deliver even illumination across a wide spectral range. Moreover, the design supports consistent lighting when you need to repeat a measurement. Consequently, the setup remains simple to position while maintaining uniform output on the target.

AC Power Battery Eliminator

The i-Series Battery Eliminator takes the place of the standard instrument battery and is supplied with a power converter that connects directly to the 120 VAC or 220 VAC mains power for uninterrupted instrument operation.
